When I am running my Virtual Workshops, I use Google tools extensively from using Google Drive as a repository for workshop materials and tools, Google docs for planning and links documents and Google Slides as a collaborative tool during the workshop.  If you are running virtual workshops, the Google Suite is an absolute game changer.
